What's the best way to search the Vajenda for specific topics besides reading the titles of each article?

Is there any news on when the estradol patches will no longer be on backorder. In Ontatio at least most doses are still not available.

Hi Dr. Gunter. Would you be open to sharing more info or provide some reputable sources regarding the process of harvesting conjugated estrogens? I have only been able to find a little info, but also curious if the supply chain is US based or from China? How can we follow the supply chain to make informed decisions?

Hi Dr Gunter, if bazedoxifine is a serm combined with Premarin why can’t it be used by breast cancer survivors suffering difficult menopausal symptoms as well as. osteoporosis . Will the serm not protect breast and womb. Thank you.

I would love to separate the Bazedoxifene from the Premarin and do transdermal estrogen instead, but this isn't available in the U.S. Approved in the EU under the name Conbriza. Do you know if this might ever be an option?

Bazedoxifene (Conbriza) is only available by itself in Europe. It would be unsafe to combine bazedoxifene with another estrogen without endometrial safety studies (and we would want some other data as well, for example on lipids). As bazedoxifene was developed by Pfizer and Pfizer bought Wyeth, so they now own Premarin, I doubt there will be any incentive to do that research at their level.
