Dr. Gunter, can you possibly expand on *exactly* why hormonal imbalance is a myth? I've seen you allude to this a lot, but I'm wondering if there is any literature investigating the claim or articles examining how it's a misunderstanding of biology.

You mentioned saturated fats in diet and low fiber content, so a low carb diet or keto diet is necessarily a bad thing or these things are unrelated? What does science says about it? Thank you!

Hmmm... so if we want to increase estrogen say in menopause maybe we should eat low fiber diets? Just sayin’..
